Since 2002 the OASIS - Group of Companies, based in Sibiu and  Bucharest, develops realties for retail use all over Romania. Up to now, more than 1 million sqm retail space has been developed, starting in 2002 with the company TERRAINVEST in Sibiu.

The present associates of the OASIS - Group of Companies kept the majority of shares in the business of TERRAINVEST until 2007. In this period 39 locations for the German company KAUFLAND have been developed, as well as 13 locations for the German discounter PLUS.

Since 2006 the OASIS - Group of Companies develops in various co-operations together with well-known developers and investment companies from Austria, in a team of 30 specialists, shopping centers and retail centers in all cities with a population of more than 100.000 inhabitants.

Starting with a accurately analysis of the location, acquiring the land, obtaining the construction permit, composing a branch- and tenant-mix, including even a professional center management - OASIS covers the whole scope, which is necessary to develop trade agglomerations.

Our ambition is not to make the fast money - we want to benefit from a sustainable success. For that reason most of the shopping centers with a GLA up to 30.000 sqm are located in an ultra central position, easily accessible by car and within walking distance.

The concepts, the tenant mix as well as the horizontal and vertical coverage, totally apply the requirements of the retail and guarantee a sustainable success. Our projects with a GLA over 50.000 sqm are positioned nearby densely populated areas and benefit from an excellent transport connection.
